The Registry Center at El Presby is a new concept that allows us to give better outpatient and hospital services. The concept was designed using scientific techniques to guarantee that there is a speedy and constant flow of patients, thus fulfilling their expectations and those of their relatives. As a priority, we worked to find ways in which to offer a thorough and quality service in less time.

We know that nowadays time is extremely important, and for that reason we maintain an extended schedule that makes it possible that you do not have to give up daily responsibilities in order to receive the service you need. If in your visit El Presby you need X-rays or laboratory tests, to make a preadmission, an admission or to make payments, you no longer have to visit more than one department. Now you will be able register for all services with one person and in one single place. We have grouped our services so that patients can register and have test ordered so that it is possible to process the admission in the same office.

In the Registry Center we have acquired a digital turns equipment to guarantee our priority as far as service is concerned and to promote that waiting time be as brief as possible. As an additional benefit, this system allows us to have waiting time statistics and register the volume of patients per area, which allows us to assign our human resources in a scientific manner according to patients’ needs.

Our personnel have the knowledge and the ability to promote confidence and credibility within a courteous atmosphere, with full understanding and respect for the patient’s privacy. Quality of service is constantly monitored as far as our abilities and attitudes to perform our duties is concerned.

- El Presby offers private rooms and luxurious “suites” that provide ample space that includes: refrigerator, sofa, television set with video player, telephone, hair dryer, a pliable bed for the companion, and other extras. Also, we offer rental of telephone lines, adult equipment, baby equipment, pillows, and quilts among other products for sale.

- To comply with health insurance and medicare policies and regulations it is necessary that you are aware of the benefits and limitations offered by the different types of coverage.

- Remind your physician that orders and referrals for services must always include a diagnosis that validates the need for the service. In addition, verify that the date of referral is within the 30-day limit or otherwise we will not be able to provide the service.

Saturdays from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

To schedule preadmissions:

Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. by appointment.

To schedule admissions:
